German World War II Sword

  • A WWII sword to remember the The Blitz - sustained strategic bombing of the United Kingdom by Germany during the Second World War. Between 7 September 1940 and 16 May 1941 there were major raids (attacks in which more than 100 tonnes of high explosives were dropped) on 16 British cities.

Early SS Officer Sword with silver grip and scabbard. This is a plain blade no maker marked steel of an SS officer. It features an extremely long 36 inch blade. 

The silver plating on the hilt and knuckle bow is worn and tarnished. The original red jeweled eyes are intact. The grip has its grip wired in silver design.
