Falchion (Malchus) of a Knight Templar

  • Dated: circa 1300
  • Found in Rothenburger Imperial City Museum

The front is decorated with a knob inlaid with copper wire Templar cross. The rear handle is a stylized “H”. In the upper part of the blade is also a cross with an eye placed at the tip.
